Welcome to ARC. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Orders
All ARC watches are made to order. Once an order has been placed, production begins specifically for your timepiece. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or product availability.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in the selected currency at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Production & Shipping
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks from purchase to delivery.
While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to production, shipping carriers or customs processing.
Returns
As each ARC watch is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your watch arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will assess the issue.
Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications and images accurately represent our watches. Minor variations in materials, finishes and colour may occur due to the manufacturing process and screen differences.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, text and designs, is the property of ARC and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
