SHIPPING

At ARC, every timepiece is made to order. Rather than producing watches in large quantities, each order is assembled and prepared individually to ensure the highest level of quality before it leaves our workshop.

Processing Time

All ARC watches are built to order.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date your order is placed for assembly, quality inspection and dispatch.

Shipping

Once completed, your order will be securely packaged and shipped with tracked delivery. A shipping confirmation email, including tracking information, will be sent once your watch has been dispatched.

Delivery

From purchase to delivery, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on your location and local customs processing.

International Orders

ARC ships worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
